Self-Protection Solutions offers fully-customized self-protection training for persons of all ages (16+) and abilities.

Sessions are taught in a variety of formats, including individual lessons, semi-private lessons, small group classes, and corporate training events.

Most lessons are taught on-site at our Wilmington, Mass. location; remote off-site training is available at your location or workplace upon request.
