Paul is great!

I signed up with Paul when I started training for a marathon. I knew I’d be doing long training runs away from home, and I wanted to learn some strategies for keeping myself safe. After just one lesson, I gained tools–both physical and mental– that I could put into practice immediately. Paul is incredibly patient and spends a lot of time answering my questions. He makes sure you’re comfortable with each new tactic before moving on. And even though I signed up with the intention of learning runner safety, Paul’s lessons can be used during most any situation you may find yourself in throughout your day.
